CANCELLATION POLICY
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
"IF WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF JOINING YOU DECIDE YOU DO NOT WISH TO REMAIN A MEMBER OF THIS FACILITY, YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT BY IN-PERSON CANCELLATION OR EMAILING A CANCELLATION FORM TO THE GYM BY MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING YOUR PURCHASE OF THE CONTRACT STATING YOUR DESIRE TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT. "ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION RIGHTS: You may also cancel this contract if any of the following occur: (a) You may cancel if, because of death or medical disability, you become unable to use a substantial portion of the GYM's facilities or services for thirty (30) or more days. IN the event of medical disability, you must provide the GYM with a doctor's statement Your estate may cancel in the event of your death.(b) You may cancel if the GYM relocates more than five (5) miles from the location stated in the contract.(c) You may cancel if you relocate more than twenty-five (25) miles from your residence as stated in the contract, and the gym cannot provide comparable facilities and services within five (5) miles of your new residence. The gym WILL require written verification of your new residence, such as a lease, deed or utility bill.
- IN ORDER TO EXERCISE THESE ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION RIGHTS, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE GYM BY COMPLETING DOWNLOADABLE CANCELLATION FORM AND EMAILING TO THE FACILITY, OR BY PERSONAL DELIVERY, TO THE ADDRESS STATED BELOW. ALL MONEYS TO BE REFUNDED SHALL BE PAID TO YOU WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE GYM'S RECEIPT OF THE CANCELLATION NOTICE." YOUR CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED MORE THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE NEXT SCHEDULED AUTOPAY.
Membership Agreements that use an automatic payment plan for Iron Jungle Family Fitness are based on a one year or month to month ($34.95 plan) automatic debit plan. Anyone who has been a member and has completed their term is eligible to cancel their membership. EARLY cancellation will be equal to the remainder of the contract. There is however reasons why a member may need to cancel prior to the completion of the original agreement.
Medical: You cannot physically receive the services because of a significant physical or medical disability for a period of time
Moving: If you move your residence out of a 25 mile radius or job relocation
Military: Due to active duty If the gym moves more than 5 miles from the current location
